Step 1: Check Your Inbox

Head on over to your email, as you’ll need to confirm your email address, and then your first workout will be sent straight to you. If you are on Gmail, make sure you move it to your inbox, star it, or do whatever you need to do to make sure you don’t miss the emails.

Step 2: Do The First Session

I obviously don’t need to say it, but actually doing the session is the key part. So block out 20 minutes in your day today or tomorrow, throw on some gym clothes, hit the play button, and get to work on you!

Don’t worry these aren’t strenuous sessions, so there’s nothing to fear. They will give you a few minutes of focusing on yourself, and that’s really important!
